Where do you ship from?

We ship daily from global fulfillment warehouses. Your package will be dispatched from the center closest to your delivery address to ensure fast and efficient delivery.


When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. Some international orders may experience customs delays.


Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow its journey in real time.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options, including:

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.


Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We offer exchanges for size or style changes within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in original packaging.


Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. All Lioréa jewelry is nickel-free and crafted from hypoallergenic materials—perfect for sensitive skin.


Is Lioréa jewelry waterproof?

Most of our pieces are water-resistant, suitable for daily wear. We recommend avoiding saltwater, chlorine, and harsh chemicals for longer-lasting shine.


Do you offer gift packaging?

Absolutely. Every order includes our signature Lioréa jewelry box, perfect for gifting. You may also leave a personalized message at checkout.


Do you offer personalized or custom jewelry?

At this time, we don’t offer personalized engraving. However, stay tuned custom options are coming soon!
