Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Your order's delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch:

  • Priority Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for the package to reach your destination after leaving our warehouse:

  • United States: 3–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–15 business days

  • EU Countries: 5–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Asia: 5–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–15 business days

  • New Zealand: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days


Insured Shipping Protection

All orders shipped with Insured Shipping are eligible for the following protections:

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we’ll offer a free reshipment or store credit for the full value of your order.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photographic evidence for a replacement or credit.

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order is significantly delayed and you selected insured shipping, we may offer a free reshipment depending on the expected timeframe.

Note: Items sent without a valid delivery address may be returned to us and cause significant delays. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.


Shipping Issue Filing Policy

Stolen (Marked Delivered) 5–15 days after delivery Contact us with proof of claim
Lost in Transit No EDD: File after 7–30 days
With EDD: File 2–60 days after EDD
Based on tracking carrier
Damaged in Transit Within 15 days Photos required

Not Covered: Cosmetic damage, pre-shipment delays, customs duties, shipping fees for refunds, or issues reported outside of the valid timeframes.


Responsibility Disclaimer

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Lioréa is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by local postal services (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc.)

  • International customs, import duties, or taxes

  • Packages lost, damaged, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If the tracking number shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly. Unfortunately, Lioréa is unable to offer refunds or replacements for such cases without insured shipping coverage.


Carrier Guarantee Disclaimer

While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery within exact timeframes. Delays by postal services are outside of our control, and Lioréa is not responsible for refunding shipping fees due to missed delivery guarantees.
